I like to add lots of cinnamon to the cold water, then heat it and when it's almost boiling I add a fistful of chocolate chips. I'm not a technical vegetarian but most of my meals/snacks involve mostly non-meat things, which by working at an organic/natural grocer helps me out a lot in that department. Additionally, I don't eat any red meats/pork, etc... all my proteins come from either poultry/fish/soy/etc.
Ramen can actually be a greater dinner by the things you add to it. I grew up on it so when it came time to be thrifty for college, I was only too glad. My favorite additions to ramen: -cubed tofu -sliced green onions -raw egg added 1 minute before done -soy sauce -ginger powder/garlic powder Mmmmmm...

Am I the only one in West Palm Beach? (Palm Springs to be exact) Orlando would be fine thoguh as a meeting place :D I'm in West Palm. I think we could probally get a small group together and go to Wal-Mart. Wal-Mart is awesome. I live in Broward but work/attend school in Boca, so WPB is fine by me....
