A Letter To Piraticus: Part Deux

A good while back I posted my, "Letter to Piraticus." For some reason the OP went away, as have a bunch of the replies. So here it is again. A Letter to Piraticus I have heard your word of wisdom and the word was, "Arrrrrgh." May Pasta be always on the Piratical palate that utter...

Re: Parmageddon?

They might go to hell, but you must remember that hell is not that bad. The difference there is that the beer is stale and the strippers have VD. Besides, the Noodly One is pretty tolerant. Just make sure to pray and wear lots of pirate regalia! I've read the holy book and there is no mention of VD...

Re: "heaven" for pastafarians

To the very bottom of my being I either agree or disagree with gcfo.

Yes, I know, to take such a firm stand in these, the afterian days, is morally and physically dangerious. But, that is the sort of Pastafarian I am.

Re: we must have a latin phrase, here are some.

There is always the Latin phrase used by Gus McCrea in, "Lonesome Dove." It's on the Hat Creek Cattle Company sign just below the well known, "We Don't Rent Pigs." Uva Uvam Vivendo Varia Fit It has a couple of things going for it: 1. You can pretty much claim it says whatever you...

In Canada that's, "Yo ho ho and a bottle of Molsen's, eh."

This must be acceptable to The Noodly One as no members of the group have yet been struck down by a holy meatball. Don't think the Lord of Lasagne is in to striking people down. What evidence and scripture we have seems to imply that he really doesn't pay that much attention to us as individuals.

We Pastararians aren't really hung up on dogma. Also the FSM did not reveal himself to Bobby, Pasta be upon his plate, until a couple of years ago. So I'm thinking that the beer volcano is only a metaphor all good drinky things. Me, I'm into wine.

My .02$ worth.

I failed to mention this when posting, "A Letter to Piraticus," but what I have in mind is having this, or something like it, included in future releases of the "Gospel of the Flying Spaghetti Monster." Not being sure Bobby, Pasta be on his plate, would see it otherwise I stuck i...

I have attempted to put together something along the lines of a gospel. Its called, "A Letter to Piraticus," and is in the Scripture and Lore Forum.

It describes how I came to be a Pastafarian. Please give it a read and let me know what you think.

You may be missing some of the point of Pastfarianism. It is not our goal to 'mine' other religions and beliefs to fatten up our own, rather slim, list of dieties/saints/etc. Our goal is to have our, equally valid, alternate theory included alongside any of the traditional theories (i.e. creationism...

I must disagree with the above. The world was created 5,001 years ago. The Gospel of the Flying Spaghetti Monster clearly says "Five thousand years ago: The Beginning. The Flying Spaghetti Monster. . . " This is found on page 51 of the Gospel which was copyrighted in 2006. The remainder of...
