Vegetarian sushi and Guinness, because it's St. Patrick's Day. You need to sharpen your knives to get a clean cut of the sushi roll, also vegetarians tend to be a bit thin and stringy, so start frying them a few minutes before you put the Teryaki Chicken in the pan.
