In my workplace, "BALLS!" is a common interjection, so "Meatballs!" seems appropriate. As far as the others go... "Oh for the love of God!" = "Oh for the love of [Him, FSM, Pasta, His Noodly Appendage]" That kind of thing. Really whatever rolls off the tongue ...
