Actually for both universities, if you look at figures for state school intakes, the balance is not bad, although I think it has got worse in the last few years.

But I like the asssumption that to be posh you should not have a Northern Accent.

If you take Modern History at Oxford University, it begins around 1066. :haha: (actually I think it is earlier like maybe 2,000 BC, but I can't actually remember that far back).
