Re: Rain's new games

I enjoyed grinding in final fantasy and kingdom hearts because there was good action sequencing. Pokemon grinding is fun for me only with trainers. WoW grinding was fun at first until I reached the upper 30's. Then it became tedious. My friend is currently playing Priston Tale. It takes him, literal...

Re: The New Convert Thread - MAKE YOUR FIRST POST HERE

been trolling for a long time, decided to see whats on the forum. I don't think you're using the word trolling in the same manner that others might. Trolling would mean that you go around purposefully causing argument and offense. I'd use the FSM welcome sign emoticon but for some reason my smilies...

Re: Rain's new games

Being so experienced at FF has begun to bite me in the ass on this one lol. I have a habit of figuring out how to win fights through strategy and timing, and have been mostly just sticking to the storyline to start off with. So, I got to a spot today with this big monster I just couldn't figure out...

Re: Rain's new games

I've never played Tactics (and probably won't due to a lack of anxiety over video games lately) or as many of the Final Fantasy games as you have. I beat FF7, FF10, and FF10-2. I played through 3 discs of FF8 and quit while only playing 1 disc of FF9. I like the games a lot more than I like actually...

Re: Rain's new games

But my advice is that you put them all in a shoebox somewhere and play/replay Final Fantasy VII. :scientist: VII had it's high points, but to me it doesn't have nearly the replay value of some of the others. Vii was amazing just on the advances in sight/sound and one hell of a plot twist. I think I...

Re: Rain's new games

I voted for Resident evil 4 because I've never played Final Fantasy XII.

But my advice is that you put them all in a shoebox somewhere and play/replay Final Fantasy VII. :scientist:

Re: What's The Last Movie You Saw?

That got an R rating, while Team America was forced to make cuts of puppets with no genitals mimicking sex to avoid a NC-17. I read in a newspaper article that they re-made the sex scene, I believe, 7 times before it was accepted. And I agree with Roger Ebert. Hostel, Saw, and those movies are extr...

Re: What's The Last Movie You Saw?

I saw Dragonabll: Evolution last night. Obviously if you have seen the trailer you realize that they really stray from the original series. A LOT. It annoyed me and my big-fan friends. My oblivious friend didn't care that Master Roshi wasn't old, white, or have a beard. And also it is rated PG. I'm ...

Re: The Last Post Thread, 2.0

Before I tell this story, some context. Today was the last day of term. As such, everything was a little loose. My English class especially. For the last two weeks we have been doing speeches. My principal teaches my English class, and is often late. Today he was very late. As consequence, I printe...
