I have many ways of preparing garlic, depending on the dish. I also buy it in joblots from Sam's. Two pound tubs of peeled cloves for most cooking, two pounds minced in olive oil for things like omelets and sauces...and I buy whole bulbs for special dishes. Anyone here like Aioli? Sometimes I roast ...

French, Romanian, and various other mixtures...no Scottish. I do have a propensity for headbutting in fights, so maybe there is some in there somewhere.

I have a huge head...it does not show in the image. I have the short term memory of a gold fish due to TBI, and drink like six Aussie sailors on leave. I swear like them too, usually.

This I know...but I have also had a lifelong piratical habit of stopping incoming objects with my head, resulting in multiple dents and scars. An attractive skull I does not possess.

Nah, digitized camo is goofy looking, my boots are suede...not to mention the military haircut is not friendly to a slightly receding hairline. But I digress.
