Re: Cartoon Of The Day...

^ This. It's so hard to pick sometimes, but this year's winner is certainly ahead, although by a small margin. After the wonderful Ig Nobels a couple of months ago, it's great to finally be upon the Darwins. :haha:

Roy, it's funny you should post that picture from The Importance of Being Ernest, as I watched that exact version on the iPlayer a few weeks ago. I love that film (and the book before anyone comments :haha: ).

Re: CURRENT Television

I'm a Celebrity get me Outta Here... You are indeed a lost cause, Bart. A lost cause. :whip: Tom Baker was a great Doctor Who, and was my first (just). I've watched every televised episode since then, and have watched quite a few older ones as and when they were repeated*, so consider mys...

Re: Curry

Bart, I did the exact same thing, but with only one chilli plant. Those little jalapeños are enough to kill any bacteria known to humankind. Seriously. I made chilli jam with mine. The first batch I left out the seeds, and it wasn't that hot. The second batch I left them in. That one was certainly i...

Re: The Last Post Thread, 2.0

Throughout history, it has been a well-known fact that the clergy are corrupt, and cannot be trusted with the keeping of holy relics, which is why, in the name of all that is holy, I shall be re-taking this most revered item for further safe-keeping. Last Post is mine!

Re: Did you know?

In fact Boston Corbett was on a mission to capture John Wilkes Booth alive but he took it upon himself to shoot Booth through the neck. You have to admire Corbett's balls...oh no, perhaps not  Then why did he shoot him through the neck? Was he acting in a threatening manner? And don't worry ...

Re: The Video Games Thread

Skyrim is a massive game...it goes on forever. I noticed that quite early on. This weekend is going to be a games weekend. Not had one of those in quite a while, so i'm looking forward to it. I would have bought the PC version, just for the availability of mods, but my PC doesn't like my graphics c...

Re: Things FSM wouldn't do?

I'd say the FSM would bless anyone who follows the 8 I'd Really Rather You Didn'ts. Depending on their actions, of course. What DB said is correct, but he forgot to add that they also may need to sew a Union Flag onto their backs to protect from US friendly fire. My friend did that frequently.
