Would ^^ be evidence of the origins of Pastafarianity? :haha:

I use Google Earth a lot at work - it's much faster loading than the state's GIS system, and as long as all I need to look at is the air photos and a few information layers that I can link to, it's fine. When I'm done looking at whatever I'm looking at, I frequently grab the image and zing it off in some random direction - it keeps scrolling until I come back and stop it. I never know where it will be, it can sometimes be hours until I notice.

Today when I stopped it, the view was in the middle of the ocean.

Right next to a little island.

That had a photo posted to it.

English isn't much of a language for swearing. When I studied Ancient Greek I was delighted to discover a single word - Rhaphanidosthai - which translates roughly as "Be thou thrust up the fundament with a radish for adultery."

OK, time for a social media / letter-writing campaign. We want the Federated States of Micronesia to claim the top level web suffix .fsm, and then we will be able to buy web domains like http://www.royhunter.fsm, http://www.blackbart.fsm, http://www.tiggerthewing.fsm or even http://www.nefyooblackbeard.fsm.

I'll go and set up a Facebook page, I'll invite all the Pastafarians I know, we'll take it from there...

Now that would be truly awesome.

K, so I've been living in Japan for about a year and a half now, and I just noticed His Noodlyness on my Prefecture's Flag.
