I want to try this one with a few different types of beer, including Young's Double Chocolate stout and a very tasty local blackberry porter.
Back in my cook days we used to add the espresso/liqueur leftovers from making tiramisu to pints of porter, but I never thought about reversing the process. Looks like an excellent finish to the Holy Meal.
Bonus: It only takes 6 oz of beer, so someone has to drink the rest...
