GOOD PASTAFARIAN FRIDAY

Postby James Jenkins » Thu Nov 20, 2014 7:02 am

Welcome to the ‘GOOD PASTAFARIAN FRIDAY Monthly Loan Initiative’ for November 21, 2014. The focus is on loans with a good chance of repaying fully and quickly, so you can re-loan the money again soon.

As Friday is the Holiest of days, and as doubloons may be a bit easier to find after Kiva repayment day (generally the 17th), the first Friday after or on the 17th will be our Good loan day for the month.

Our Goal is to fully fund a loan by the end of the Holy day for Pastafarians around the world.

Linh http://www.kiva.org/lend/796356 is seeking a loan to support her noodle distribution establishment (store) she is working to increase her business. Scheduled to be fully repaid in 10 installments with the last October 2015. This is her second loan, her previous loan http://www.kiva.org/lend/669730 has one payment remaining to be credited. The loan partner is Capital Aid Fund for Employment of the Poor (CEP) With a Secular Rating of 4, Social rating of 4, and Kiva risk rating of 4.

If the first loan got fully funded before you had a chance to participate, here are a couple of other loans. The all are from partners with a secular rating of 4 and social of 3 or 4 scheduled to repay by June & July of 2015

Celia is selling clothes http://www.kiva.org/lend/798820 her previous loan http://www.kiva.org/lend/702787 was fully repaid and seems to have made a big difference in her business.

Joan sells fish http://www.kiva.org/lend/799238 as well as clothing and bananas her previous loan http://www.kiva.org/lend/630883 was fully repaid.

Next month our date is December 19, 2014

Thank you for that uplifting post. All too often we look at the gloom and doom and forget the angels that live right next door.

I would steer you to this great article at YES magazine.
