Happy Birthday Bug, there in the City of the Burning Goat, and also looking a little like a young Bob Dylan in profile.

Thank you! :fsm_rock:

The reason why it looks like Bob Dylan its because its a picture of Cate Blanchett playing Bob Dylan in the movie I'm not there.

And the city is approaching the burning of the goat again. Its coming up at first of December. It will be my fourth goat - having now lived here for over 3 years. And it will probably promptly be burned down shortly before Christmas - as the tradition goes.

My Swedish birthday is over. While the 12th lingers in the rest of the world, I'm now preparing for the epic 24th birthday! I've heard thats supposed to be awesome.

Seriously? I had no idea S'presso was younger than me, if only by a little. Crazy.

Bappy Hirthday, then!

Happy birthday to all in the first group. I dunno about Cliff Richard. Never heard of any of the others.

Happy 21st birthday my... er... (father-in-law's brother's daughter, does that make her my) cousin-in-law (?) Louise. Just back from her party in Edinburgh. She invited all of her hockey team. The hockey team invited the rugby team. The rugby team took off their shirts and did the Haka to her in the middle of the dance floor. Then they put their shirts back on and danced with all my aunties-in-law. A great night was had by all.

Happy birthday to ET, Pirate Johnson and co.

Not a picture of Big Brenda wishing she was skinny as it may seem...no, it's big Brenda wishing for more cake so she doesn't end up like the skinny tart.
The smoke wafted gently in the breeze across the poop deck and all seemed right in the world.

Belated Happy Birthdays to all I have missed.

I hope they were awesome, fabulous gifts were received and the parties were all as … interesting … as that of Roy's father-in-law's brother's daughter*.

My birthday celebration was a cultural extravaganza. My best friend and I went to two art exhibitions and one museum, ate at a fancy restaurant and ended the evening with going to the concert hall to watch "Candelabra Concert". Portuguese conductor Joana Carneiro directed the symphony orchestra in some Mendelssohn, Elgar, Mozart, Delius, Fauré AND Kodály.

It was all awesome. But I still can't top the party Roy was at.

Edit: And we drank wine and discussed art. Me and my friend, both now being 23, have heard thats what grown-ups do. We found it enjoyable.
