Pirate Manual

Postby Droidiphile » Mon Dec 24, 2007 1:47 am

Harr!! It be a hard task to get on-the-job experience in piratin' these days. But thanks be to Him, some scurvy dog set ink to page, and penned "The Government Manual for New Pirates". Only two requirement: 1) ye must be able to read (but since ye be readin' this....), and 2) ye have to be able to read with only one eyeball left in yer skull! Harr!!! Where's me eye patch?!?!

OOC: I hope this is new info for all you pirates. I did a tight search which turned up no such title, so I thought I'd post this info. I have not read this book, but it sounds like a fun technical manual for the awesome job of pirating.

There are 4 reviews on Amazon which say the book includes ample info on the procurement of rum, and verb conjugation, among other pirate related topics.

Here are the details:
Author: Matthew David Brozik & Jacob Sager Weinstein
Publisher: Andrews McMeel Publishing
ISBN: 0-7407-6790-9
If thee meddle with dragonkin, thou will become crunchy and good with ketchup.

The smoke wafted gently in the breeze across the poop deck and all seemed right in the world.
