I'll have to try that next time I take the train to New York.
Anyway, the best pizza in my area is Italian Village in Madison, but the best pizza I've ever had was in Lake Placid, New York, although I forget what the place was called.

RAmen! I miss NY just for that!
In Idaho Falls it is Godfathers... did I mention I miss NY?!
Is Godfather's a chain, or are there just more than one pizzerias with the same name, because there is a Godfather's in East Hanover. Also, it was raided by the FBI a few days ago because of something to do with the Mob.

In Lexington, KY - my favorites are Joe Bologna's and Pazzo's Pizza Pub.
My real preference is in Louisville, KY - Wick's
Home of the mighty Big Wick
Quick question:
We have a place here called Brooklyn pizza - it is this heavy, fatty pizza with a floppy crust that tastes delicious....and makes you feel sick for days if you eat more than a piece or two. Is most NY pizza really like that? (they naturally claim to be authentic)

Most St. Louisans will tell you "Imos."
No. NO NO NO NO.
Imos is gross.
Gianino`s is hands-down the best.
I must disagree with you. The Best Pizza in St. Louis can be found at the Blackthorn Pub. Off Grand at the corner of Spring and Wyoming. Though as for Gianino's I must say Frankie G's on Telegraph has the best wings I've ever tasted. Same as they used to have at Cafe Gianino's (every Monday Night Football for years and years) but then they closed and since the reopening it's just not quite the same.
