Unlike its hero counterpart, this thread is not a poll. Just give us the pleasure of seeing a picture of your favourite villain.
I always rooted for the villains. They are always more deserving of victory.

If only it were all so simple! If only there were evil people somewhere committing evil deeds, an it were necessary only to separate them from the rest of us and destroy them. But the line dividing good and evil cuts through the heart of every human being. And who is willing to destroy a piece of his own heart?

Where have I seen that picture before, Rain?
A flap of the wings yesterday means big changes tomorrow.
Let's work together to keep the present inevitable.
So yeah, I went and got a blog.

It's TLP, who apparently doesn't read this thread, which makes it a wasted joke.
I believe it's time for mankind to set aside the crutch of religion and embrace morality born of reason and truth. Those crutches have long since proven treacherous when the ground gets slippery.

Candidates for greatest villian of all time:
Truly the most awesome villain ever.
Seriously. Ganondorf always struck such fear and loathing into me, as long as I've known of him.
The Joker is assuredly the most psychotic son-of-a-bitch ever, and is probably the best villian of comic books. Batman is awesome. Literally awesome. I've never read the comics, but I've always loved Batman.
In terms of comic books, Magneto also ranks high up there. I always loved him. He wasn't realy a villian, though. He was sometimes a good guy.
Sauron, from Lord of The Rings, is another candidate for greatest villian of all time. He was basically Morgoth Bauglir's bitch, and was defeated by two gay hobbits, but...
He was kind of stupid, though.
Morgoth and Ungoliant were pretty evil, too. They lack Sauron's charisma, though.
Hans Gruber, from Die Hard, was fucking awesome. I almost wanted him to win.
You're going to think I am overplaying Star Wars, but I really think Darth Sidious is one of the greatest villians of all time. He was, again, truly evil. You wanted him to just hurry up and die, but he really pulled off the evilness.
Captain Barbossa. 'Nuff said.
The Spirit of the Ring, or Bakura, depending on your perspective, was another really good villian. He actually infiltrated Yugi's group of friends. He was the only truly memorable character (besides Pharoah) from Yu-Gi-Oh.
The Borg.

The Borg were like really cool. Call me a nerd, but the Borg were cool. Undefeatable. Won't listen to reason. Will effectively kill you, without hesitation. To make it worse, after they kill you, you join them.
I cannot find a picture of Arawn, Death-Lord, but he was the embodiment of all that was evil. Read the Prydain Chronicles. That was a really, really good book.
Durza, the Shade from Eragon, is aother really good example of villiany. Again, no good picture.
This is my longest post, ever.

Oh, come on. It's addictive if you get stuck on it, and the Pharoah and Bakura really were cool.

I guess I'm not one to talk. When I was a kid my favorite shows were Dukes of Hazzard and Knight Rider.
All you needed was a car that could jump over a train and I was hooked.

Yami Bakura is good, but Malik gets kudos for having a split personality.
But the best villain?
Johnatan Crane AKA Scarecrow.
Marik and Bakura both had a split personality. Marik's was an offshoot of his own mind, but it was still caused by the Item.

Bakura's presonality was not split. Bakura was a normal dude. Yami Bakura lived in the Millenium Ring before Bakura was even born.
Malik was angry at being forced to live in the Pharaoh's service and created the evil Malik as a coping mechanism. In the end, the Millenium Rod only triggered what was already there.
