There's an excellent restaurant here in Calgary (Antonio's Garlic Clove) that even has garlic beer and garlic ice cream. Haven't tried the ice cream, but the beer is excellent!
I'm a Bio major. I prefer environmental to micro, big picture over small. Biology is a raw, visceral science. It bleeds. I recieve the same sense of awe in natural surroundings that made C.S. Lewis believe that there was a God.
...but, er, that has very little to do with garlic.

I won't get into Organic Chemistry then, which likely has more to do with garlic, and my detour to the environmental side of things, but is still far from garlic terminology.
