I once worked in a restaurant with a waitress named Debbie and a cook named Dallas.

I couldn't find any quotations but the tagline from Debby does Dallas is quite amusing:

Every one on the team scores when her pom-poms fly!
The smoke wafted gently in the breeze across the poop deck and all seemed right in the world.

A co-worker and I took immense glee in deadpanning monotone "Daaaave, just what do you think you're doing, Daaaave? I've still got the greatest enthusiasm and confidence in the mission statement, Daaaave." and "Daaaave, this project can serve no purpose anymore. Goodbye, Daaaave." type lines whenever the mood struck us (which was often).
That's pretty cool. The only Dave I know is six feet tall and built like a brick hospital. I wouldn't want to get on his bad side.

I really ought to read more of Mark Twain's books. I've read The Adventures of Tom Sawyer about five times, and it remains, to date, one of my favourite books.

Was flipping channels a few minutes ago, and caught this quote, which made me burst out laughing.

is a goddamned godless, atheist Marxist, and the only thing that he holds sacred is Che Guevara's foreskin.

All from Dr. Horrible:

The hammer is my penis.

Don't worry that it's hard, if you're not a frigging 'tard you will prevail!

Captain Hammer threw a car at my head.

My mission was a success, in that I achieved my goal. It was less of a success in that I introduced my arch nemesis to the girl of my dreams.

I believe it's time for mankind to set aside the crutch of religion and embrace morality born of reason and truth. Those crutches have long since proven treacherous when the ground gets slippery.

In the sequel to ," Silence Of The Lambs " , Marten Verger ( I think that was the character's name ) relates when Hannibal gave him a "popper" while prancing about in a noose , whilst hanging around Lector suggests Verger tear off his own face , which Verger promptly does . He states ," It seemed like a good idea at the time " .

I'm sick , that line always cracks me up .

^ I'm with you on that one. Some great lines in those films.

These kinetic typography videos are pretty good. Quite dramatic. This is my favourite:-

"Since Alexander Pearce escaped, over 250 people have disappeared in the Tasmanian wilderness. No remains have ever been found." - Dying Breed

^ Not bad.

This version is my long-time favorite.
This is a very close second. :haha:
