Forgive me if this has already been brought up, but what if the page starts in the middle of a sentence? Do you count that as the first sentence, or do you start with the first complete sentence?

I count full stops/question marks/exclamation marks as the end of a sentence. Partial sentences at the beginning of the page count as the first one; and if that is the one that is called for, I'd drag the words in from the previous page, but I don't know what others do.
