It's in here because it's from a satire site but this piece on teacher recruitment could, with fewer notty words, have been in any mainstream newspaper.

The Daily Mash wrote:Meanwhile, the NUT confirmed the shortage is particularly high in maths and science subjects, due to the propensity for adolescents to act the prick when they get bored.

I''m not sure I have anything to add to that. It does mean there's always plenty of jobs going though :idiot:

Pretty sure I can use some of the output in an official report.
"Mit der Dummheit kämpfen Götter selbst vergebens."
("Against stupidity, the gods themselves contend in vain.")
-- Friedrich Schiller (1759–1805)
Reality is that which, when you stop believing in it, doesn't go away.
-- Philip K Dick

What happens when all the renewable energy runs out?
-- Victoria Ayling

English isn't much of a language for swearing. When I studied Ancient Greek I was delighted to discover a single word - Rhaphanidosthai - which translates roughly as "Be thou thrust up the fundament with a radish for adultery."

A thing of beauty, sir. Thank you for that. :haha:

I've come to the point where I'm using its unadulterated output as responses to posts from a certain commenter on articles about local politics here. Seems to be getting generally positive reviews from other readers.

Maher's comments do a serious disservice to Orangutans. Besides, Trump was unwilling to accept Obama's birth certificate, why should Maher accept Trumps? Perhaps The Donald should submit a DNA sample - but then what else might be learned?
