I didn't realise there was a book. I've been looking for the graphic novel for a while, but the only way I can get it is through a torrent, and Utorrent isn't installed on my current computer, and I have no desire to. Damn malware.

Er, you are saying utorrent is malware, no? I haven't heard this before. ???

No, just that many of the programs you download from it will have some form of malware. Yes, it is better than limewire, but still.

:( Superbad was all about the fat kid that was an asshole to his best/only friend and continues to be an asshole regardless.

Well the similarities it has to Superbad are the raunchy jokes and themes, not the plot. Lol.

My biggest problem with the movie was the camera flicked around so much during the chases that it not only lost that "sense of urgency" it seemed they were going for, but it was also hard as hell to figure out what was going on.

I watched Casino Royale just before going to see QoS, and I still couldnt make sense of some of it. That said, I think it was good overall and in particular that scene with the opera was one of the best action scenes recently made.

Make fun of me, but I saw a midnight showing of Twilight last night. I was in Vegas for class anyway and I'd rather see it there then in our crappy theatre. So i had class, went and had Japanese food, and saw Twilight, then drove back home with my mom. We didn't get home til 4am. My mom was making fun of me for keeping her out so late.

The movie was done fairly well, especially for not having been done on a blockbuster budget. The Cullens makeup was a bit white, especially Carlisle's...he looked like he accidentally tore a bag of flour open and it poofed in his face. There were, of course a few deviations from the book, but overall I liked it.
-Stop using Jesus as an excuse for being a narrow minded bigot.
-Music was her life, the lyrics were her story.
-Be careful what you say, it may remind me of a song that needs to be sung.
-GOT JESUS? I thought you had him....shit!
-Why do people with closed minds always open their mouths?
-My pit bull is my co-pilot.
-To err is human; to ARRGGHHH is pirate!
-Why do we kill people who kill people to show people that killing people is wrong?
-Well behaved women rarely make history.
-Laughter: When a smile has an orgasm
-I'm not so good at the advice; can I interest you in a sarcastic comment?

Yeah, we watched Dark City in class one time. I rather enjoyed it.

Okay, get ready for this:
Revenge of the Nerds.

I was quite unhappy with it, but I guess I don't know what the "nerd" culture was like in the 80s. Was every nerd a stereotype?

I saw Role Models last night. I thought it was really hilarious. "Not to be graphic or anything, but I sucked his dick for drugs." "You know what I used to have for breakfast? Cocaine. You know what I used to have for lunch? Cocaine."

Lol I think it'd be safe to compare the portrayal of nerds in that movie to the portrayal of white-guys-acting-black in movies and on TV in recent years. Just enough truth to be painful :D

I... understand. So Ali G is really a closet nerd? Eminem? Vanilla Ice?

I'm going to have to rethink some possible futures... I don't want to be a nerd that goes white rapper!
