Hey, I don't wear no stinkin' boots, I only sport my chapeau. (hiss) Puss in boots is strictly a fabrication of a deranged human mind. What cat in their right mind would want to wear boots, when soft padded feet insure a silent approach??

The rhythmic drumming of claws on the table would undercut the silent approach a bit, though, wouldn't it?

I don't see any claws in that avatar. Maybe she's been declawed?

You have something against multi-tasking?

My former State Senator, a man named Fears, was a real good ol' boy. In the 80s, when Virginia was starting to get tough on drunk driving, he complained in debate that this bill was "taking all the fun out of driving drunk."

Edited: Found the exact quotation. "This bill would take all of the sport out of drinking and driving." He was opposing an open container law.

The former Mayor of Duluth got a DUI while in office. Slammed into a safety rail while trying to get across the bridge.

Imitation chocolate? Is it an empty packet or painted rice cakes or made of soya or some other ghastly thing I haven't mentioned?

Life is too short for trying to figure out how to set up bloody consumer electronics.

Is the blood on the consumer? Or on the electronics? Whose blood is it? As long as it's not mine, I'm OK with it.

The New York Times on the imitation chocolate issue:

Real chocolate is made from crushed cacao beans, which provide not only solid cocoa mass but also cocoa butter that is vital to texture because, quite literally, it melts in your mouth. Industrial confectioners have petitioned the Food and Drug Administration to be able to replace cocoa butter with cheaper fats and still call the resulting product “chocolate.” The reason: the substitution would allow them to use fewer beans and to sell off the butter for cosmetics and such.

"How is it that hardly any major religion has looked at science and concluded, 'This is better than we thought! The Universe is much bigger than our prophets said, grander, more subtle, more elegant. God must be even greater than we dreamed'? Instead they say, 'No, no, no! My god is a little god, and I want him to stay that way.'" - Carl Sagan

I'm also referring to carob, which the health food industry would foist upon you as an adequate substitute.

Also Canfields chocolate soda, which I don't think has been anywhere near a cocoa bean.

And anything where the label says "chocolaty". Beware those the most.
